[About applying]
1. Theme
Draw a motif that expresses hope for a good catch, such as "fish," "sea," or "fishing."
Please make sure to include "Shinkamigoto Town" in your work.
2. Paper and Materials
Special application form, or A3 size paper (297x 420 mm). Horizontal format. You can
use any materials, such as paints, crayons, markers, or colored pencils.
3. Application Guidelines
1) Only unpublished original works are accepted. Submitted works will not be returned.
2) Digital drawings and the use of three-dimensional objects such as pasting paper or
cloth are not permitted.
3) The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the applicant. Applicants shall not
exercise their moral rights against third parties who have received permission to use
the work from the organizers.
4. About Sending
Write your name, age (grade), school name, address, phone number, email address, and
a description of the picture (approximately 50 characters) on the back of the work or on
a separate sheet of paper and mail it to the address below. (Postage to be paid by the
applicant) Emailing by scanning data (jpeg or PDF format) will also be acceptable.

5. Judging and Award Ceremony
Excellent works (up to 10 works) will be selected from the submitted works and big
catch flag will be made. The award ceremony will be held on May 11, 2025, and the
winners of the Excellence Award will be presented with a certificate and a prize.
When the winners are announced, their names, ages (grades), and school names will be
made public. All submitted works will be exhibited on the day.
6. Personal information handling
Personal information collected when applying will be managed appropriately and will
not be used for anything other than the selection and announcement.
